SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Handycor. We handcraft and carefully pack every order from our studio workshop in Kyiv, Ukraine.

FREE WORLDWIDE SHIPPING
We offer Free Standard & Express Shipping to the United States and worldwide on all orders.

ORDER PROCESSING & HANDLING TIME
• All items are carefully handmade to order.
• Handling & Production Time: 3 to 7 business days (Monday – Friday).
• Order Cutoff Time: 5:00 PM (EST). Orders placed after 5:00 PM EST will be processed starting the next business day.

SHIPPING & TRANSIT TIME
• Carrier: UPS Express / FedEx.
• Transit Time to USA: 5 to 10 business days.
• Total delivery time (Handling + Transit): 8 to 17 business days.

SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & TRACKING
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES
Handycor covers all standard export documentation. For orders delivered to the United States under $800, no import duties apply.

DAMAGES
If your order arrived damaged during transit, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, and contact us immediately at handycor.shop@gmail.com or WhatsApp at +380 68 350 9582. We will promptly make it right or arrange a replacement.
