At Handycor, we stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our handmade goods. We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

RETURN ELIGIBILITY & CONDITION
• Items must be in new condition: unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging.
• A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

If your return is accepted, we will provide you with clear instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

• Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for paying the return shipping costs.
• Restocking Fee: No restocking fee ($0.00).

DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please contact us if you have questions about your specific item.

REFUNDS TIMELINE
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. If approved, your refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
